Refund policy

Any requests like refunds/exchanges are handled on a case to case basis. Please contact us for more information at hello@lovelucylondon.com 

We want to ensure you are always happy with your order, however, if your product is damaged (e.g, cracked or broken) then please reach out to us at hello@lovelucylondon.com with the necessary information and photographic evidence and we will do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation.

Please note that any shipments returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded. Any items sent back to us without contacting us in the first instance to be reviewed will not be accepted.

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
